Yoga Instructor

Evelyn Del Valle, RYT 200
Evelyn has been an avid student of yoga and meditation since 1996. Her insatiable love for the practice of hatha yoga began in 1998 while living in an Ashram in India. Having overexerted her body to the point of extreme fatigue, she finally allowed herself the time and patience to explore hatha yoga. Upon her return from India, she was introduced to John Friend and Anusara Yoga ®. Passionate about yoga and specifically the Anusara method, she has been an avid student and practitioner since then. Evelyn acquired her teaching certification in New York City, with a specific focus in Anusara. What she loves most about the practice is its ability to take us to ever deeper levels of freedom of the body, mind and heart ~ and the joy of revelation in her students, as they experience the same.
