Stress-Dissolving Swedish Massage

This European full body massage utilizes long strokes and kneading techniques that relieve tension, improve circulation and soothe sore muscles to promote total relaxation. Swedish massage therapy can be very gentle and relaxing. If you’ve never had massage before, this is a good one to try first.

Hot Stone Massage
(60-minutes) $85
Transport your mind to a peaceful place with this unique massage. Heated Basalt Stones, combined with luxuriously warmed oils melt away tension as they are massaged deeply into the body for maximum relaxation. This full body massage targets your troubles from tip to toe, rendering you a blissed out pile of contentment. Good for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage.

Sole-Inspiring Reflexology

So much more than a foot massage … an intensive, liberating massage experience using the ancient healing art of sustained thumb or finger pressure on points of the feet to purge toxins and balance the body's energy. Sports Massage Therapy

Sports massage is designed to help individuals prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. Any athlete can benefit from sports massage, no matter whether you're a biker, runner, or a yogini. Not only can sports massage keep an athlete in top performance shape, it can also help cure people of injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion

Medical Massage
(60 minutes)
Physician prescribed after an accident, injury or flare-up of a chronic pain condition, Medical Massage addresses pain, inflammation and loss of tissue and muscle flexibility, all of which can reduce one's ability to perform normal activities of daily living and/or work activities. Frequently used to compliment physical therapy or Chiropractic, this massage service requires a physician's order and the approval of your insurance carrier.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card is required to reserve all massage services.

If we are helping another client, or signing in a yoga class, we may not be able to answer the phone. If you get an answering machine, please leave a message and we will call you back promptly.

Cancellation Policy
  • If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so by phone 404-352-4200 on the day prior to your appointment by 6:00pm.
  • If you are unable to notify us of your cancellation by 6:00pm on the day prior to your appointment the full amount of your treatment will regrettably be charged.
